Players who played for another OWHA organization previously must have a Valid and completed Permission To Tryout to attend Tryouts.
Players who played for an OMHA organization previously are eligible to attend Development Skates or Tryouts with no further action required, as long as they have not previously been registered with an OWHA organization, in which case they need a VALID and COMPLETED Permission To Tryout (PTT) form to attend Tryouts.
